Areas We Serve
NuTecHome focuses on four provinces: Gauteng, North West and Mpumalanga, with projects in Limpopo as well.
Working in a defined area means we understand the local conditions, from Highveld hailstorms to Lowveld humidity and clay soils.
Choose your province
-
Gauteng
Pretoria, Johannesburg, Centurion, Midrand, the East and West Rand and the Vaal Triangle. Backyard units, granny flats and family homes.
-
North West
Rustenburg, Brits, Hartbeespoort, Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp and beyond. Homes, rental units and weekend getaways.
-
Mpumalanga
Highveld towns like eMalahleni and Secunda, plus the Lowveld around Mbombela and White River.
-
Limpopo
Polokwane, Bela-Bela, Thabazimbi, Lephalale, Tzaneen and more. Projects assessed by location.
Why location matters for your build
The same Nutec home can need different decisions depending on where it's built:
- Climate: cold Highveld winters call for good insulation. Hot, humid Lowveld summers call for ventilation, shade and extra termite care for timber.
- Ground conditions: expansive clay soils and dolomite areas can need a specific foundation design or a geotechnical assessment.
- Storms: summer thunderstorms and hail across the interior make roof fixing and gutters important.
- Distance and access: transport distance and site access affect price and planning, especially on rural sites.
- Municipal rules: each municipality has its own process for zoning and building plans.
Not sure if we cover your town?
Send us a WhatsApp with your town and what you'd like to build. We'll let you know straight away whether it's in our area, and what delivery and installation would involve.
Frequently asked questions
Do you build outside these four provinces?
Our focus is Gauteng, North West, Mpumalanga and Limpopo. If you're just outside these areas, send us your location and we'll let you know.
Does distance affect the price?
Yes. Transport and travel for installation depend on how far your site is and how easy it is to reach. We include this in your quote.
Do you help with municipal approvals?
Ask us about your project. Requirements differ by municipality, and we'll discuss what's needed for your build.
